Controllable 3D part generation is pivotal for digital asset creation, yet existing methods lack the flexibility to accommodate diverse user workflows requiring varying levels of control. In this paper, we introduce FlexPart, a unified image-to-3D part generation framework that supports variable-granularity geometric conditions within a single model. By seamlessly integrating heterogeneous inputs, ranging from sparse points to dense bounding boxes and masks, via gated adaptive modulation, FlexPart unlocks a powerful cross-modal synergy. We also propose an asymmetric geometric guidance mechanism that leverages strong spatial priors to align representations across granularities, improving geometric consistency and facilitating inter-task synergy. Under mask conditioning on PartVerseXL, FlexPart reduces Part CD by 16.6% relative to TripoSG + SAM3D and by 10.5% relative to OmniPart, while maintaining competitive whole-mesh quality. Flint is Recursive’s mixture-of-experts language model for coding agents, with 39.8 billion total parameters and approximately 2.5 billion active per token. It is designed to investigate codebases, fix bugs, implement features, and write tests.
Long before artificial intelligence became the next big thing in the tech industry, Wang Jian was crafting the foundational infrastructure that would eventually power it. In 2008, he joined Alibaba Group Holding – owner of the South China Morning Post – as chief architect and…
Shapley values, a solution concept from cooperative game theory, have recently become a standard tool for feature credit allocation in machine learning. They provide an axiomatically justified method to fairly distribute a model's prediction among the data features. Shapley…
LLMs increasingly act as purchasing agents, which makes the LLM, not the user, the one choosing among the options that satisfy a request; its preferences quietly fix what gets bought and what it costs. Hotel booking is a clean instance: a high-volume choice settled on a few…
Graph neural networks (GNNs) rely on message passing over graph edges, making their computational and memory costs strongly dependent on graph density. Graph sparsification offers a natural way to reduce these costs, but removing edges indiscriminately can distort important…
Infant movement analysis provides valuable biomarkers for the early identification of neurodevelopmental disorders. Recent advances in deep learning have enabled automated analysis of infant movements from video-derived skeletal representations, achieving performance comparable…
