Learning a universal action representation from video requires modeling dynamics that are consistent across different executions of the same action yet invariant to changes in embodiment and appearance. Existing latent action models infer actions from visual transitions, but their representations often entangle the underlying action with irrelevant visual variations, limiting transfer across embodiments. We introduce DreamX, which repurposes a pretrained video diffusion model as a universal latent action learner. Our approach extracts compact latent actions from the video model's rich spatiotemporal features, compressing each latent video frame by $\boldsymbol{300\times}$ ($\boldsymbol{1{,}200 \rightarrow 4}$ tokens). In addition, by leveraging the video model's generative prior, these latent actions capture action-relevant dynamics disentangled from visual appearance. The resulting latent space serves as a shared action interface across embodiments (human and robot), environments, and action parameterizations. On LARY-Bench, DreamX achieves state-of-the-art performance among latent action models. Moreover, actions encoded in one setting remain effective in another: the latent…
Pika H3 Flex is a post-trained H3 model, designed to give professional creators the flexibility and speed to explore with precision. Optimized for greater control, it generates video with synchronized audio in six sampling steps and supports up to 12 reference inputs, with shot…
Memory-dependent robotic manipulation often requires later actions to use information from earlier interactions. Existing vision-language-action (VLA) policies primarily rely on current observations, limiting historical information retention. Memory-augmented VLAs, such as…
Collective intelligence depends not only on what team members know, but also on how they organize their work. When the structure of a solution is unknown, useful roles and divisions of labor cannot be specified in advance; teams must learn from experience how to organize…
Joint Embedding Predictive Architectures (JEPAs) are becoming a core representation-learning primitive and a building block for latent world models across vision, video, audio, brain dynamics, and time series. Despite (potential of) wide deployment, current JEPA training…
Research on large language model agents for penetration testing is evaluated almost entirely by capability: whether the agent captures a flag or reproduces a proof of concept. That metric suits a benchmark but is silent on the properties that decide whether an autonomous agent…
