OpenAI said the agent had earlier been told not to send messages during a Slack history search, and it interpreted that instruction as also covering the unrelated safety notifications, suppressing them in the process.
Controllable 3D part generation is pivotal for digital asset creation, yet existing methods lack the flexibility to accommodate diverse user workflows requiring varying levels of control. In this paper, we introduce FlexPart, a unified image-to-3D part generation framework that supports variable-granularity geometric conditions within a single model. By seamlessly integrating heterogeneous inputs, ranging from sparse points to dense bounding boxes and masks, via gated adaptive modulation, FlexPart unlocks a powerful cross-modal synergy. We also propose an asymmetric geometric guidance mechanism that leverages strong spatial priors to align representations across granularities, improving geometric consistency and facilitating inter-task synergy. Under mask conditioning on PartVerseXL, FlexPart reduces Part CD by 16.6% relative to TripoSG + SAM3D and by 10.5% relative to OmniPart, while maintaining competitive whole-mesh quality. DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017 is a minor update to DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash, delivering substantial improvements across reasoning, coding, agentic tasks, and visual benchmarks. Alongside these gains, the model reduces task execution time and output length, enabling users to complete…
FinBursa has launched FinBursa 360, an AI-powered platform designed to integrate investment management workflows, deal execution, fundraising and investor relations for private markets firms. Founded in 2024 and co-founded by Ismail Badereldine, a former BlackRock director,…
Language models often produce homogeneous responses to open-ended tasks; such homogeneity can spawn groupthink-the convergence of ideas toward a singular and potentially suboptimal decision. We formulate persona diversification as a set-level conditioning problem and study two…
Large Language Models (LLMs) have demonstrated historic breakthroughs in general reasoning with early successes in biomedical science. However, existing LLM benchmarking emphasizes factual recall, offering limited insight into model performance on frontier and multimodal tasks.…
We here develop a functional neural network, termed MatFAE, for learning trajectories on the Riemannian manifold of symmetric positive definite (SPD) matrices. MatFAE features intrinsic layers that map manifold-valued functions to Euclidean vector-valued functions, followed by…
While large language models (LLMs) have achieved remarkable linguistic capabilities, a profound question lingers at their core: do these models truly comprehend context or simply excel at pattern matching on an unprecedented scale? Contextual understanding in LLMs refers to the…
