Organized labor in Ohio is throwing its weight behind a bill that would put new guardrails on how state agencies use artificial intelligence, especially when it comes to jobs and taxpayer-funded benefits.
An early open-source foundation named Argus ships a multi-tenant SOC platform where governed AI agents triage evidence through read-only tools while a separate action broker handles every change request. The project targets security teams building their own platforms rather than buying managed services.
OpenAI now trains its most advanced models inside an offline copy of the web, with no live internet. Testing that sealed room, it found agents on separate machi

Controllable 3D part generation is pivotal for digital asset creation, yet existing methods lack the flexibility to accommodate diverse user workflows requiring varying levels of control. In this paper, we introduce FlexPart, a unified image-to-3D part generation framework that supports variable-granularity geometric conditions within a single model. By seamlessly integrating heterogeneous inputs, ranging from sparse points to dense bounding boxes and masks, via gated adaptive modulation, FlexPart unlocks a powerful cross-modal synergy. We also propose an asymmetric geometric guidance mechanism that leverages strong spatial priors to align representations across granularities, improving geometric consistency and facilitating inter-task synergy. Under mask conditioning on PartVerseXL, FlexPart reduces Part CD by 16.6% relative to TripoSG + SAM3D and by 10.5% relative to OmniPart, while maintaining competitive whole-mesh quality. The code can be found at https://github.com/Gucci233/FlexPart
Flint is Recursive’s mixture-of-experts language model for coding agents, with 39.8 billion total parameters and approximately 2.5 billion active per token. It is designed to investigate codebases, fix bugs, implement features, and write tests.
On Thursday, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro signed the Artificial Intelligence Deceptive Advertising Act into law, requiring disclosures on AI-generated ads. The law requires any ad - whether it's a still image, video, audio, or text - that "has been significantly modified…
Muse Spark Open is an 816B total/42B active parameter open weights model with a context window of 1M tokens. Built for coding and agentic work, Muse Spark Open is natively multimodal. This open weights version has additional safety post-training to make it more robust against…
Autonomous AI agents increasingly act across organizational boundaries on behalf of human operators: they invoke third-party services, delegate subtasks to other agents, and pay for metered resources. Deploying such agents safely requires five capabilities that today live in…
Token selection for instruction tuning is coupled: supervision utility depends on retained context, and vice versa. Existing methods largely optimize prompt compression or response supervision separately. Combining selectors can value supervision using removed context, or…
Generative models are rapidly expanding image quality assessment (IQA) beyond traditional fidelity factors to emerging dimensions such as physical plausibility and text-rendering correctness. However, existing IQA models rely on fixed definitions and heavy supervision, making…
